Cliquo provides a comprehensive Creator Operating System, marketplace, analytics engine, AI content studio, contract negotiation engine, and escrow payment infrastructure designed for content creators, brands, and talent agencies.

This Privacy Policy explains how Cliquo HQ Inc. / Cliquo Technologies Limited (“Cliquo”, “we”, or “us”) collects, uses, encrypts, processes, stores, shares, and protects personal data and commercial information when you interact with our web applications, APIs, smart contracts, analytics connectors, and banking rails.

• Performance of a Contract: Processing is necessary to execute accounts, deliver AI studio tools, compile live media kits, and disburse escrow payouts.

All social account integrations use official read-only OAuth developer APIs verified by Google, ByteDance, and Meta. Access tokens and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM envelope encryption with a KMS-managed master key. We never store social media passwords.

Creator prompts and generated scripts are processed via secure server-side API calls. Cliquo never sells your prompts or generated creative assets. Your proprietary inputs are not used to train publicly available third-party foundation models.

6. Financial, Escrow & Double-Entry Ledger Data

All monetary transactions derive from an immutable, append-only double-entry ledger. Payout bank inquiries are validated via authorized banking rails (Korapay and Stripe). Cliquo never stores raw credit card numbers or banking PINs on its servers.
